Your written quote confirms the pages, features, revisions, schedule and total before any deposit. Hosting, domains, paid tools, content creation and additional work are separate unless included in that quote. Ecommerce and booking systems need a separate scope. Selecting a service does not place an order.
The agreed scope defines the exact deliverables. These are the foundations of the work.
Pages and navigation
The quote lists the pages being created or updated and the links between them. For a refresh, it also identifies which parts of your current site stay in place.
Design and content
Agree the visual direction, the content you will supply and the revisions included. Writing, photography and new brand assets are separate unless quoted.
Responsive development
Build the agreed layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop. Any forms, integrations or other features are listed explicitly in the quote.
Checks and handover
Check the agreed pages, navigation and key journeys. The quote sets out launch responsibilities, access, editing and any ongoing support.
Already have a design?
Development may need a separate scope depending on the pages and functionality. If you’d like help working out what fits, you can ask us about it.
The launch prices cover straightforward websites within a written, agreed scope. Your quote confirms whether the service fits and the total for your project before any deposit is due.
Pages, features & revisionsA named page list, included features, content responsibilities and revision allowance. A refresh also depends on the existing platform and access.
Work that needs a separate scopeEcommerce, booking systems, custom integrations, copywriting, photography and extra pages or changes. Additional work is agreed and priced before it starts.
Hosting, domain & ongoing costsHosting, domain registration, paid tools and ongoing maintenance are separate unless the quote expressly includes them. Confirm ownership, billing and access before launch.
Selecting a service does not place an order or reserve a project. Online payments are not enabled in this preview. Once available, deposit and balance payments will take place through Stripe-hosted checkout after a quote is accepted.
The planned project process
A clear route from choice to launch.
1
Discuss your website
Choose a service as a starting point. Discuss your goals, existing website, content and the features you need with Caleb.
2
Review a written quote
Check the pages, deliverables, revisions, timing, total and ongoing costs. You can decide whether to proceed before making any payment.
3
Agree the deposit
Once you accept the quote, pay the agreed deposit at the stage it specifies. The amount and payment terms are confirmed in writing.
4
Build, review and hand over
Review the design and working website. Pay the balance at the agreed stage, with launch, ownership and handover set out in the quote.
Before you start
The practical questions.
What to prepare, what happens to your existing site and what to agree for life after launch.
Launch prices are £395 for a New Website, £195 for a Website Refresh and £395 for a Complete Website Redesign. These cover straightforward projects within an agreed scope. You receive a written quote confirming the pages, work, total price and any ongoing costs before deciding whether to proceed. No payment is taken when you select a service.
How do quotes and payments work?+
Discuss your requirements with Caleb first. The written quote sets out the scope, total, deposit, balance and payment stages. Any online payment will use Stripe-hosted checkout after you accept the quote. Online payments are not enabled in this preview; selecting a service does not place an order or reserve a project.
Do I need a refresh or a complete redesign?+
A Website Refresh improves the styling and content of a site whose existing structure still works. A Complete Website Redesign is for a site that needs a new structure, fresh design and a rebuild. We review what you have and agree the right scope before work begins.
Do I need all my content ready?+
You don’t need every word ready for an initial conversation. Before the quote is agreed, decide which pages and features you need, what content you will supply and whether writing or photography needs a separate cost. The quote will set out when the materials are needed.
Are hosting, domains and online booking included?+
Hosting, domains, paid tools and ongoing maintenance are separate unless your quote includes them. Ecommerce, booking systems and custom integrations need a separate scope. These costs and responsibilities are agreed before the project starts.
Will my website work on mobile?+
Responsive design is part of the approach. Layouts, navigation and interactions are developed and checked at different screen widths, with readable content and clear actions throughout.
What happens after launch?+
Hosting, access, handover and any ongoing support should be agreed as part of the project. That way, you know how the website will be run and what any recurring costs cover before it goes live.
