Browsing and choosing a service
The project page displays your selected service and its launch price. It does not collect your name, email, telephone number, address or card details. It does not create an order, reserve a project or confirm a payment.
Your service choice appears in the page address. The website does not save a project draft or customer account in browser storage. The interactive portfolio demonstration keeps its selections in the current page only and does not send an enquiry or booking.
When you email or call
Email and call links open your own email or telephone service. They do not submit a website form. Sitewoven receives the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, business name, existing website, project requirements and correspondence. An email also includes delivery information such as the sender, recipient and time.
This information is used to reply, discuss your requirements, prepare a requested quote and keep track of the enquiry. You do not have to provide it, but without enough detail and a way to reply, it may not be possible to help. Share only what is needed. Please do not send passwords, full card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information.
Why we use your information
- A quote or service you request for yourself: information necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or to carry out an agreed contract.
- General enquiries and business contacts: legitimate interests in answering relevant questions, communicating with people acting for a business and keeping an accurate record of those discussions.
- Site delivery and security: legitimate interests in making the site available, diagnosing faults and protecting visitors and the service against abuse.
- Privacy requests and complaints: legal obligations under data protection law, including responding to requests and keeping the information necessary to demonstrate how they were handled.
Sitewoven does not use your enquiry to add you to a marketing mailing list. The website does not make automated decisions about whether to accept a project or set its price.
Hosting and technical information
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Page requests involve technical information such as an IP address, browser information, the requested address and time. Hosting and security services use this information to deliver pages, manage traffic and investigate faults or abuse.
Business email is forwarded by Porkbun to a mailbox provided by Apple iCloud. These services handle message contents and delivery information so enquiries can reach Sitewoven and be managed. Your own email and telephone providers also handle the communications you send through them.
Information is shared with these service providers as needed to operate the site and communicate with you. It may also be disclosed where the law requires it or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Sitewoven does not sell your personal information.
These providers operate internationally, so processing can take place outside the UK, including in the United States. The specific provider roles, transfer safeguards and technical-log retention for this hosting and email arrangement are still being confirmed. We do not promise UK-only storage or that deleting a message immediately removes every provider backup.
Provider information is available from OpenAI, Cloudflare, Porkbun and Apple. Contact Caleb using the details above for the information available about the arrangements applying to your data.
Cookies and analytics
The website code does not add advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Its images and font are served with the site.
Cloudflare sets a security cookie called __cf_bm to help distinguish automated traffic from ordinary visitors and protect the site. Cloudflare says it expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. This cookie was observed on the site on 25 October 2026. It is used for security, not Sitewoven advertising or audience measurement.
You can remove or block cookies using your browser settings, although blocking security cookies may affect access. Read Cloudflare’s cookie information for more about this cookie.
How long information is kept
Sitewoven’s policy is to delete closed enquiries that do not become projects from its active records within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. Caleb is responsible for reviewing those records manually each month. This is a manual retention policy, not an automated deletion service.
Relevant information may be needed for longer if an enquiry remains active, becomes an agreed project, or relates to an unresolved complaint, dispute or legal obligation. In those cases, retention depends on the continuing purpose, the information needed to resolve the matter and any applicable legal requirement. Unnecessary material should be removed when that need ends. Any additional project or payment record requirements will be explained before those services collect further information.
The 12-month enquiry policy covers records managed by Sitewoven. Hosting logs, email delivery records and provider backups have separate retention arrangements, which are still being checked. The security cookie’s duration is described above.
Payments and future changes
No Stripe payment fields, embedded checkout or payment tracking scripts are loaded here, and this website does not take live payments. Viewing a service or price does not place an order.
Before opening payments or introducing forms, analytics or other collection, this notice will be updated to describe the information, providers and purposes actually involved. A payment-service privacy review has not been completed.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the information and the legal basis for using it, you can ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restricted use or a portable copy. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. These rights have conditions and exceptions; a request does not always require immediate deletion of every record.
Your right to object
You can object, for reasons relating to your circumstances, to processing based on legitimate interests. You can always object to use of your personal data for direct marketing.
Email, call or write to Caleb using the contact details above to make a request or complaint. Only information needed to understand the request and confirm the right person is making it should be requested.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). You can contact Sitewoven first so Caleb has the opportunity to address your concern.
